Inventory Overview
Inventory management helps you track product stock levels in real-time and adjust purchasing and sales strategies accordingly. The system supports multi-warehouse management with complete inventory movement records.

Inventory Query

Inventory query lets you check product stock status anytime, with multi-dimensional filtering.
Enter Inventory Query
Click 'Inventory Management' → 'Inventory Query' in the left menu
Select Warehouse
Choose warehouse to view - all or specific warehouse
Search Products
Enter product name, code, or barcode to quickly locate
View Details
Click a product to view inventory distribution across warehouses
Inventory Information
- • Current Inventory:Actual available quantity
- • Inventory Alert:Low stock items highlighted in red
- • Inventory Value:Total value at cost price
Tip
- Export inventory reports for analysis and backup
- Regularly check inventory alerts and restock timely
Stocktaking
Stocktaking verifies that actual inventory matches system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Create Stocktake
Click 'Add' to create a new stocktake task
Select Scope
Choose warehouse and product range (all or partial)
Enter Count Quantities
After physical count, enter actual quantities
View Discrepancies
System automatically calculates book vs actual differences
Confirm Stocktake
After verification, submit to automatically adjust inventory
Overage Processing
When actual > system quantity, inventory increases after confirmation
Shortage Processing
When actual < system quantity, inventory decreases after confirmation
Other Inbound
For inventory increases other than purchase receipt, use 'Other Inbound'.
Create Inbound Order
Click 'Add' to create other inbound order
Select Warehouse
Choose target warehouse for inbound
Add Products
Select products and enter quantities
Enter Reason
Select or enter reason (gift, transfer, returns, etc.)
Confirm Inbound
Click confirm, inventory quantity increases
Common Scenarios
- • Supplier gifts or samples
- • Inter-warehouse transfer in
- • Finished production goods
- • Borrowed items returned
Other Outbound
For inventory decreases other than sales delivery, use 'Other Outbound'.
Create Outbound Order
Click 'Add' to create other outbound order
Select Warehouse
Choose source warehouse for outbound
Add Products
Select products and enter quantities
Enter Reason
Select or enter reason (damage, gift, transfer, etc.)
Confirm Outbound
Click confirm, inventory quantity decreases

- • Product damage or expiry write-off
- • Customer samples or gifts
- • Inter-warehouse transfer out
- • Employee requisition
Inventory History
Inventory history records every inventory movement for tracking and auditing.
Enter History Query
Click 'Inventory Management' → 'Inventory History'
Set Filters
Filter by date, product, warehouse, document type, etc.
View History Details
List shows each movement's type, quantity, time, etc.
Trace Source Document
Click a record to jump to the original document
History Record Information
- • Movement Type:Purchase receipt / Sales delivery / Stocktake adjustment / Other in/out
- • Movement Quantity:Increase or decrease quantity (with +/- sign)
- • Post-movement Inventory:Quantity after operation
- • Operation Time:When the movement occurred
- • Operator:Staff who performed the operation
- • Related Document:Purchase/sales/stocktake document, etc.
