Create and manage warehouses - the first step to using the system

What is Warehouse Management?
Warehouses are where products are stored. In FlashWare, you can create multiple warehouses to manage inventory at different locations (e.g., main warehouse, branch, store). All inbound/outbound operations require specifying a warehouse.
Warehouse Functions
- 1During purchase receipt, products need to be received into a specific warehouse
- 2During sales delivery, products are deducted from the specified warehouse
- 3During inventory query, you can view inventory by warehouse
View Warehouse List
Enter Warehouse Management
Click 'Warehouse Management' in the left menu
View Warehouse Info
The list shows warehouse name, address, contact person, etc.
Search Warehouse
Enter warehouse name in search box to quickly find it
Add New Warehouse
Create a new warehouse to store products.
Click Add Button
Click 'Add Warehouse' button in the top right
Enter Warehouse Name
Enter the name (e.g., Main Warehouse, Branch A). Required field
Enter Address
Enter the warehouse address (optional)
Enter Contact Person
Enter the person in charge (optional)
Enter Phone Number
Enter contact phone (optional)
Enter Notes
Add any additional notes (optional)
Save Warehouse
Click 'Save' to create the warehouse
温馨提示
- You need at least one warehouse for inbound/outbound operations
- Use clear, concise names for easy identification
- If you have only one warehouse, name it 'Default Warehouse' or 'Main Warehouse'
Edit Warehouse
Find Warehouse
Find the warehouse to edit in the list
Click Edit
Click the 'Edit' button on the right
Modify Info
Update the information you want to change
Save
Click 'Save' to complete
Delete Warehouse
Find Warehouse
Find the warehouse to delete
Click Delete
Click the 'Delete' button on the right
Confirm
Click 'Confirm' in the popup to delete
